General description

EA series pigments have many excellent property: higher heat stability, excellent resistance to ultraviolet, better fade resistant and brightest color etc.. This series products are environmentally friendly with zero formaldehyde emissions during processing. EA series can be widely used for plastics coloring including processes as extrusion ,injection molding and blow molding, we especially recommend applying EA series to processing mater batches in manufacturing of safety equipment, toys, and many other eye-catching substance.

Applications:

Additives and toxicity

Studies have shown that plastic processing additives containing zinc, magnesium, calcium and iron will cause deleterious color effects when used in a plastic resin system containing EA pigments. Tests have shown that EA series are essentially non-toxic.

Storage

Under conditions that are cool, dry, covered, away from direct sunlight and free of airborne contaminates, the shelf life of EA series will be indefinite. Upon extended exposure to heat and humidity, EA series may form hard lumps that must be crushed prior to use.
